Biography
Xavier Lavayssière is a recognized expert with over 10 years of experience in digital finance. Mr. Lavayssière lectures at Université Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne and has authored numerous publications on tokenization of financial instruments, smart contracts, and regulatory frameworks for digital assets. He advises governments and central banks as an International Monetary Fund consultant.
A serial entrepreneur and tinkerer, Xavier co-founded the League of Ledgers podcast, which explores cross-border payments and financial systems evolution, and "Les Bricodeurs," a tech empowerment non-profit. He holds a Master's in Public Law of the Economy from Paris Panthéon-Assas University and a Computer Science Associate Degree from the University of Lyon.
